We believe transformation begins from within. Through Emerge & Beyond, we equip individuals with faith, wisdom, and real-life application rooted in Scripture by guiding them toward healing, purpose, and growth.
We provide intentional discipleship, biblical teaching, and practical insight that helps individuals reflect, rebuild, and discover who they are called to be; both in their current season and beyond.
By connecting God’s Word to everyday life and walking alongside each person’s journey, we help cultivate lasting transformation that impacts not only individuals, but their families, communities, and future generations.
Program Curriculum
A program that promotes teaching, wisdom, and inspiration grounded in the Bible. Brings individuals together to study the Bible's words, based on the men of the bible. Using scripture to address hope for healing by looking at the stories of ordinary life: families and generations, work and commerce, agricultural and urban life, and the challenges and calling of life circumstances. Areas include informing, warning, inspiring, entertaining, questioning, and persuading. All of these deepen our understanding of our own fundamental human experiences.
Empowering individuals through education, knowledge, and wisdom to overcome barriers and address rehabilitative thinking and behaviors by studying the men of the bible. The bible is important and relevant for both men and women of all ages. Men face different challenges, and it is essential to have a profound understanding of the scriptures. It will help you better understand God’s general plan for your life as well as the special and unique role God has for you.
Our SoCal District recognizes that “Lost and Broken People Matter to God”; “Lost and Broken People Matter to Us!” We are all about reflecting Jesus’ compassion and embracing a life a Christ-like way of life. We are actively involved in missions both abroad and within our local communities, as well as in the prison setting. It’s our faith journey that leads us to action and meaningful service to those who desire to know the incredible message of life in Jesus Christ.
The class will last for 18 weeks, during which we will study approximately 44 to 47 men from the Bible. There are a total of 98 men in the Bible you should know. We will cover these men in one year. Each session will focus on two to three men at a time, drawing from both the Old and New Testaments. The course is designed to accommodate new participants as space allows.

Class components will include attendance, weekly participation, and homework from the study guide lessons discussed each week. These will be due at the start of each class the following week of the lesson.
We will adhere to the institution's policy regarding missed classes. If you fail to submit the required study guides, it will be treated as a missed class. Accumulating three missed classes will result in your removal from the program. Please make sure that the sponsor is informed about the reason for your absence so that it can be determined whether it qualifies as an excusable absence.
The grading scale for the class will take into account attendance, class participation, and weekly assignments. The total points available for the course are 300. Your final grade will be calculated by adding your total course points and comparing this total to the point range for the Pass or Fail scale.
Only participants who meet the program requirements will be awarded a Certificate of Completion celebrating their growth, faith, and commitment throughout the journey.
Grade Scale:225 – 300 points = Successful Completion
0 – 224 points = Continued Growth Encouraged
