The TUMI Satellite Training Center exists to develop and equip disciples through the advanced Capstone Curriculum, deepening both spiritual formation and practical ministry application. In partnership with the Banning Church of the Nazarene’s compassionate ministries outreach, this center provides a pathway for continued growth in Christian leadership for individuals seeking to serve their communities with purpose and conviction.

The Capstone Curriculum is a seminary-level program designed to build a strong foundation in biblical studies, theology, leadership, and mission. Through structured learning and hands-on application, students are prepared to teach, disciple, and lead effectively in real-world ministry settings.

This training not only strengthens personal faith, but also equips students to step into active ministry by empowering them to be disciples in churches, serve justice-impacted individuals and families, and bring lasting transformation to their communities through the Gospel.
Program Curriculum

The Capstone Curriculum is an advanced, seminary-level training program designed to equip individuals with the essential knowledge, skills, and spiritual foundation necessary for effective Christian leadership and ministry.

​This curriculum provides a comprehensive and structured approach to biblical studies, theology, leadership, and mission. Through in-depth learning and practical application, participants are prepared to serve as leaders who can teach, disciple, and impact their communities with the Gospel.
​Each module is designed to strengthen both personal faith and ministry effectiveness, equipping students to lead with confidence, purpose, and biblical understanding.
The purpose of the Capstone Curriculum is to develop spiritually mature leaders who are grounded in Scripture and equipped for meaningful ministry. Objectives include:

The Capstone Curriculum consists of 16 modules, each designed as a complete course of study. Each module includes:

​​The program is flexible and may be completed over an extended period depending on scheduling and structure. Each module builds toward a comprehensive understanding of Christian leadership and ministry.

​​Assignments are due at the beginning of the following class session.

​Institutional policies regarding attendance will be followed. Failure to submit assignments may be counted as an absence. Multiple unexcused absences may result in removal from the program.
