OUR STORY
Bridging Second Chances is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting individuals impacted by the justice system. Through mentorship, support networks, and rehabilitative programs, we help individuals navigate the journey of restoration and successful reentry into their communities. Founded by someone who has personally experienced incarceration and transformation, our mission is rooted in lived experience, faith, and the belief that no life is beyond redemption.
What began as a personal journey of change through God’s grace has grown into a movement focused on restoring the heart, mind, and soul. We work alongside reentry services, community partners, and support systems to help break cycles, rebuild families, and create safer, stronger communities. At Bridging Second Chances, we believe every person deserves the opportunity for a fresh start and the support to make it possible.
At BridgingSecondChances, we offer a range of services aimed at supporting individuals during their reentry journey. Our programs include mentorship, job training, and counseling, all designed to empower individuals to rebuild their lives. We collaborate with local organizations and services to create comprehensive support networks that foster safe and thriving communities. By embracing our core values, we aim to uplift those we serve and ensure they have the tools they need to succeed.
Breaking the cycle of the past to create hope, opportunity, and lasting change.
To equip individuals for successful reintegration into their communities by being restored, prepared, and empowered to move forward with purpose.
We embrace these values in all we do through serving others, bridging gaps, building futures, and rising together.
